Payment Policy:

1. Students will not receive their eCard via email or physical certification card(s) via USPS until Precious Minutes CPR and Safety Training, LLC has been paid in full.

2. All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

3. There is a $20 fee for AHA BLS and a $35 fee for AHA Heartsaver replacement (physical) certification cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. We understand that “life happens” but please notify us by phone or email within forty-eight (48) hours of the start time for the scheduled course requesting to cancel your seat, and we will refund your payment 100% within 2-4 business days. If you are able to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation, you may choose to take another available course in lieu of a refund. The re-scheduled course must be taken within three (3) months from the date of the original course. If the course is not taken within three (3) months, there will be no refund or extension.

2. Any cancellation notices between forty-eight (48) hours and twenty-four (24) hours of the start time for the scheduled course are eligible for a 50% refund of payment.

3. There will be no refunds for no call/no shows or cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the start time for the scheduled course. 

4. Unfortunately due to weather or other emergencies there may be occasions when we must cancel a course. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified ASAP via telephone and/or email. At that point you may choose to take a class on a different day or receive a full refund.

5. If a student is more than ten (10) minutes late to a skills session or fifteen (15) minutes late to a full course the student will need to re-schedule or they may receive a 50% refund of payment.
